ABOUT THE POSITION

Our partner is one of the most innovative players in advanced technology.

In this role, you will have a central and significant function where you work with quality documents such as procedures, work instructions, and policies. You will be an important part of the work to collect, structure, and migrate mission-critical documentation to a new system – ensuring that the information is correct, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Here you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference by creating order, clarity, and quality in the organization's working methods. The position involves approximately 5-8 working hours per week. During the initial period, the work will be conducted on-site at our client's office in Brännland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

As a technical documenter, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and structuring important documentation in preparation for the transition to a new system. You will be the spider in the web, ensuring that the information is correct, consistent, and ready for the future.

  • Responsible for transferring and adapting content to a new system using established templates
  • Collaborate with document owners to review and verify content
  • Compile, structure, and edit documents for increased clarity and quality
  • Update and organize the document library to ensure easy access and good order

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying at a university or college, preferably in a technical field such as engineering physics, computer science, or a related education. If you have an analytical mind and an interest in technology and structure, you will thrive in this role!
  • Has good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Has good knowledge of document management
  • Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working in a similar position
  • Live in Umeå
  • A driver's license and preferably access to a car
