About the role
As a salon manager with us, you lead the way – both with the scissors and with your heart. You have the main responsibility for the daily operations in the salon, and together with your team, you create results, joy at work, and world-class customer experiences.

You are the one who:

• Ensures that the salon has the right staffing and a good work environment
• Motivates and coaches your team to perform their best
• Ensures that the salon is clean, safe, and inspiring – every day
• Actively works with service, quality, and customer experience and is a role model on the floor
• Has an eye for detail and ensures that we meet our profitability goals

You are a confident and engaged hairdresser with at least 3 years of experience, hairdressing education with certification, and a natural sense of leadership – either through previous experience or strong personal qualities.

You recognize yourself in this:

• You have energy, structure, and drive – and you get others on board
• You love cutting hair, but even more seeing others develop
• You communicate clearly and are used to collaborating
• You have good digital skills and enjoy working systematically
• You can work days, evenings, and weekends – according to the salon's schedule
• You speak Swedish or English fluently
