In the role, you will among other things:

  • Lead, coordinate, and follow up on the work within access management, personnel security, information security, SUA, and export control.
  • Ensure that laws, regulations, and internal requirements are followed within the area of responsibility.
  • Develop plans, strategies, and development directions for the unit's areas.
  • Create conditions for engagement, competence development, and sustainable working methods.
  • Ensure that documented work processes exist, are current, and applied.
  • Contribute to good communication between management, employees, and other departments.

Ensure deliveries from the unit and contribute to Ringhals achieving its strategic goals.
