We at Simplex Bemanning are now looking for an experienced and responsible forklift driver for a larger warehouse in Upplands Väsby. The role suits you who is confident in warehouse work, enjoys order and structure, and wants to take a bit more responsibility in the daily work – without it becoming an office job.

This is an operational role where you work practically in the warehouse, but at the same time have an overview of the whole.

About the job

You will work as a forklift driver in a warehouse and, in addition to the usual warehouse work, have an overall responsibility for ensuring that the flow works as it should.

Responsibilities:

• Forklift driving (loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods)
• Inventory and monitoring of stock levels
• Control of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Ensure that the right materials are in the right place
• Maintain order and structure in the warehouse areas
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the flow runs efficiently

In other words, you are the one who ensures that the warehouse works in practice – not just on paper.

Working hours

• Monday–Friday
• 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid forklift license
• Has experience in warehouse work
• Is accustomed to working in warehouse systems and understands how warehouse logistics work
• Drives the forklift safely, efficiently, and with precision
• Is meticulous, analytical, and takes responsibility
• Identifies problems early and solves them before they escalate
• Has worked as a team leader or supervisor in a warehouse

You do not need to be a “boss”, but you should be confident enough to take responsibility and ensure that things are done correctly.
