We are a smaller, personal hotel with 68 rooms. Here, decision-making paths are short, and every employee matters. We are now looking for an ambitious Housekeeping Supervisor who wants to take responsibility for quality, structure, and the daily flow within housekeeping.

About the role

This is an operational position. You will actively work in the cleaning team while also leading, planning, and following up on the work.

You are the natural link between housekeeping, reception, and maintenance, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly – both in the rooms and behind the scenes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Distributing rooms and leading the daily work
• Ensuring high quality in hotel rooms and common areas
• Introducing and supporting employees in routines and working methods
• Following up on checklists and quality levels
• Responsible for laundry orders and maintaining control of linen inventory
• Ensuring the right amount of linen and supplies are available
• Managing orders for supplies as needed
• Collaborating closely with reception and maintenance

Administration is not the main focus, but you need to be computer literate and comfortable with simple systems and schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in hotel housekeeping
• Experience in taking responsibility or leading a team
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer skills
• Ability to work in a structured manner and keep up the pace

Employment conditions

• Full-time 100%
• Scheduled daytime, working every other weekend
• Permanent employment with a probationary period
