Agricultural Substitute

Do you love cows? So do we!

As a substitute, you will work independently with freedom under responsibility, and with a service-oriented mindset, you put the customer in focus. At the same time, you will be part of the department for Farm-related Services. In this department, further training days and study trips are organized, creating team spirit and camaraderie. As a substitute, you will be home-based and live near the farms for which we are seeking staff.

Your tasks include: Traditional animal care on dairy farms. If you are the right person, you will have great opportunities to influence your work based on your interests and experience.

Employment and scope: Probationary employment/permanent employment. Scope: 50-100% depending on agreement.

Växa Sweden has a collective agreement, and you will be covered by pension, security insurance, and wellness benefits.

Suitable education and experience: Agricultural education or equivalent practical experience is required. Previous experience in dairy production in robotic herds. A driving license (B) is required. Knowledge of the Swedish language is necessary. If you love farm animals and are service-oriented, this job is for you.
