JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you care about sustainability and are looking for a social and varied job? We are currently seeking a substitute for a study leave until May 31, 2026.

The Recycling Center is part of the recycling park in Alelyckan. We are a modern recycling center, as we not only collect waste but also repair and refine submitted products. These are then sold in our store, Återbruket. Your working hours will vary between weekdays and weekends, both during the day and in the afternoon. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting our customers in navigating and sorting correctly at the recycling center
• Inventory and sorting of hazardous waste

At the recycling center, we handle everything from compostable materials, hazardous waste, to furniture and appliances. Therefore, heavy lifting is a part of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

In this position, we place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, engaged, and positive. Since we work in a service organization, you need to have good social skills and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

To apply for the position, you also need to:

• Have experience in recycling work and training in ADR 1.3
• Have experience in handling hazardous waste
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Good IT skills
• Forklift license

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Basic knowledge of English
• Knowledge of languages other than English
• Driving license B

We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis during the application period.
