Are you an athlete looking for extra work or a student seeking a rewarding part-time job alongside your studies? Are you responsible, service-oriented, and willing to work 2-3 days a week for 3 hours per shift? Then this is the job for you!

PerformIQ is currently seeking market researchers for our client, who has locations in several areas of Sweden and is also an international company. In this role, you will contact the company’s current customers and nurture relationships with them. The tasks involve calling the company’s customers to check how they have experienced the service level and quality of the customer’s services. As a market researcher, you will be a key player in the step to develop and maintain our client’s existing services.

You will work from the office located in Malmö and report the survey responses via computer in a developed system. You will receive thorough training for the job so that you feel confident before you make your first call to a customer. Furthermore, you will be part of a staffing pool through PerformIQ and work out at our client’s location alongside colleagues who all possess the qualities of sports in a culture characterized by community and teamwork.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are social, take great responsibility for your work, and have good communication skills over the phone, preferably with experience in telemarketing. You are calm and secure as a person with good service skills. Furthermore, you are driven, positive, and meticulous as the job consists of both solid customer contact and administrative work.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

Have another main occupation - for example, a contract with a sports club, studies, or another job of at least 50%.
Be available for a longer period ahead.
Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Have experience with customer contact via phone.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a telemarketer. We also prefer that you are available for a longer period. The work will partly be scheduled, but you can also be called in at short notice.
