Southern Småland Waste and Environment (SSAM) is a municipal collaboration organization responsible for waste management in five owner municipalities in Småland: Markaryd, Lessebo, Tingsryd, Älmhult, and Växjö. SSAM has a strong vision of creating a sustainable Småland where all materials are reused or recycled efficiently.

We are looking for a committed and responsible waste collection driver for our client SSAM in Älmhult. In the role of container truck driver, you will work in the field where you will meet customers daily, collect waste, and empty containers in recycling areas. A manual C driver's license and tail lift training are required for the position. The employment is for the summer period, from week 23 to 28.

Your tasks will also include the following

• Delivery and placement of new containers for customers
• Change of subscriptions and retrieval of containers
• Replacement of broken equipment
• Distribution of food bags
• Collection of latrine containers
• Assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of containers.
