As a Warehouse Employee at Dagab's central warehouse in Hässleholm, you will be part of a large team that strives to ensure that food is delivered on time and with the right quality to City Gross stores across the country. It is an important mission where your contribution makes a difference every day.

Don't have a forklift license? No problem, you get it for free! Work takes place in four different departments, grocery, chilled, frozen, and special. This means that you may be working in different temperatures, from -26 degrees to room temperature.

As a Warehouse Employee at Dagab, the main tasks are:

• Picking and packing orders - You will complete orders according to the stores' requests. The work is done with the help of a forklift and pick-by-voice (a voice-controlled picking system that helps you pick correctly).

In the long run, other tasks may also become relevant.

In this role, you will work daytime, divided into three different shifts.

Monday - Friday:

Daytime 06:00-14:40 or 09:20-18:00

Saturdays:

Daytime 06:00-14:40

Sundays:

Daytime 08:00-16:40

The position starts with forklift training (half-day) on Friday + then a week of full-time training. Training is ongoing during the spring.

This training is mandatory for everyone hired in the role.

Training times:

• Forklift training 08:00-12:00 on Fridays

• Training (the week after forklift training) Monday - Friday 07:00-15:45

Full-time or part-time employment where you are primarily booked for work week by week in consultation with our Team Leader on site. During the summer, however, you are expected to work full-time during the day. Regardless of whether you are employed as a part-timer or full-timer.

• Previous experience of physical work

• Positive if you have been or are active in any sport

You have a positive attitude and enjoy taking responsibility, whether it is about respecting times, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable being followed up on your performance and motivated by receiving clear feedback on a job well done.

For you to thrive in the role, good physical condition is required, and you need to take care of your health, as you perform repeated lifts, so it is important that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping your body active.

Your ability to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group is important regardless of differences in perspective, culture, background, or language. You also need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contacts while performing your tasks. Other personal qualities are also valued.
