About Vuollerim

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, your responsibilities include providing a good quality of life for our clients based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and nursing tasks and the ability to provide social support and guidance.

Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry are performed. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team.

We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic skills. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are a significant and important part of the job.

You should have a Nursing Assistant education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.

A B driver's license is required for night work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to cooperate.
