Impius Gymnasium in Helsingborg is looking for a Baker/Pastry Chef for our restaurant education and our restaurant Spectrum wine & food

Impius consists of a number of different units (housing, school, daily activities) that work with children, adolescents, and young adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities such as autism and ADHD.

A lot of the work in everyday life is about training abilities and skills – something that often gets overlooked in regular school. A diagnosis says nothing about how you learn to manage stress or take responsibility. We practice this every day, in small steps, so that the student gains tools for the future. A central part of Impius' philosophy is to set demands at the right level. Removing all demands does not make any student stronger. Here, it is about building trust through manageable challenges, and you can see how the students gradually grow when they realize they can handle more than they thought.

Spectrum, the restaurant in central Helsingborg, partly functions as a training restaurant for students in year 3. Here, students are trained to become professionals.
