MACHINE OPERATOR

In our organization, we work to create attractive and well-maintained living environments for our tenants, and we are now looking for an experienced machine operator for our entire property portfolio, located in Österäng, Kristianstad, responsible for service, maintenance, and minor repairs of our machines.

In the role of machine operator, you will work independently and in a team with varying tasks, including:

• Operating machines, primarily tractor-type with crane trailers, as well as other machines such as tool carriers, street sweepers, and lawn mowers.
• Snow duty, snow removal, plowing, and ice control.
• Ordering, displaying, and emptying containers in areas and waste stations.
• Receiving and managing fault reports in our property system.
• Participating in smaller projects, such as hedge planting and delivering sand and soil to outdoor areas.
• Service, maintenance, and minor repairs of machines.
• Being responsible for the machine hall in Österäng.
• Administration.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in operating machinery, including larger tractors.
• Completed high school education.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the property industry is an advantage.

The position is full-time with a probationary period (6 months), followed by a permanent position.

Start date will be agreed upon.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Before employment, you will undergo a health examination with a corresponding drug and alcohol test conducted by our occupational health service.
