Our client is currently seeking an administrative warehouse employee to help support them at their new Nordic distribution center in Mölndal. 

Your responsibilities:
As an administrative warehouse employee at the company, you will come to completely new, fresh premises and a workplace with helpful colleagues. The warehouse is bustling, and the work includes:

  • Handling products - checking the contents
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Registering goods in the system
  • Managing and monitoring the flow of goods in the system
  • Updating and managing case numbers and other details in Excel lists
  • Registering and releasing orders
  • Ongoing inventory

The work is a mix of hands-on and administrative tasks, which means you will have a varied workday.

As an administrative warehouse employee, you will play an important role in ensuring that healthcare receives the materials they need on time and in the right place. Therefore, it is important that you can work with short lead times, find solutions, and always do your utmost to get it right. You are good at communicating with different types of people at various levels, have a knack for learning new things, and are a social team player.

Do you have the profile we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in warehouse work and administrative tasks
  • Good computer skills, previous experience working in a larger business system and the Office suite
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage or other business systems


Good to know!
You will initially be employed as a Temp-Team consultant. As part of our team, you will be offered collective agreement terms, wellness benefits, and a dedicated consultant manager who is there for you. The assignment starts by agreement and is time-limited until August 7, 2026, with the possibility of extension. We usually find out about this one month in advance.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 - 16:30
