About the Position

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an Operational Automation Leader for the operations in Rosersberg. Here, you will play a key role where the main focus is to ensure that automation runs smoothly, that flows are operational, and that the right things happen at the right time.

You will be an important link between production, technical resources, and management – ensuring that daily deliveries and system support function effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute order releases and scheduled activities according to established routines
• Monitor that automation and system support work as expected
• Track deviations, technical errors, and keep them updated in relevant systems
• Drive improvements and solutions together with operations and technicians
• Prepare daily operational reports and analyses
• Act as a contact person for system issues and flow problems
• Support management and clients with accurate information and follow-up

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in automation, system operations, logistics flows, or WMS/ERP
• Enjoys working administratively and systematically with systems and processes
• Has a technical understanding and can collaborate with technicians and logistics personnel
• Is solution-oriented, methodical, and confident in prioritizing
• Has good communication skills and can collaborate across functions

You are not primarily responsible for personnel in the team, but rather an operational support pillar with a focus on automation and flow thinking – a person that others can rely on to keep things moving.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with logistics automation systems or integrated warehouse solutions
• Experience with order systems, WMS, or planning tools
• Experience in driving improvement projects and reporting
• Technical interest and ability to understand system connections
