About the Position

We are now looking for someone who enjoys working in a warehouse, likes a fast pace and teamwork, and is ready to step up when needed. This is a perfect role for you who want to develop, take more responsibility, and show what you are capable of.

You will work as support and substitute for the regular team leader during illness or absence. In addition, you will work at least one fixed day a week (Friday or Sunday) when the regular leader is not present. This is a role for you who like to be in the middle of the operations but are also ready to take on a bit more responsibility.

We are looking for one team leader per shift, day and evening, according to the times below, and you will be scheduled Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu.
Daytime: 05:55-14:40, Sun-Thu
Evening: 14:50-23:35, Mon-Fri

Your Responsibilities

• Actively work in production
• Coach and support employees to achieve set goals
• Clear and ongoing communication with employees to create engagement and joy at work

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is currently working as a team leader or equivalent, where you have experience of being operational and present in production. It is important for us that you have a natural leadership style that makes follow-up and motivation of the consultants a natural part of your daily work, rather than a task that feels heavy or time-consuming.

Experience in monitoring productivity and a good understanding of logistics is required.
