Operations and Traffic Manager for the Depot in Råsta

We are now looking for another operations and traffic manager for our depot in Råsta. We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role with a fast pace, great responsibility, and close collaboration with both drivers and other support functions. With us, you will have a varied job in a socially important operation that is complex and constantly evolving.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As an operations and traffic manager, you are responsible for planning and leading the daily traffic in a production-secure and resource-efficient manner. The role involves operational responsibility during the traffic day, where you, in close cooperation with bus drivers, maintenance, and traffic monitoring, handle both planned and urgent events.

Your tasks include, among others:

• planning and staffing the current traffic day
• filling vacant shifts and managing sick and healthy notifications
• handling urgent personnel and traffic-related issues
• being responsible for bus deployment
• registering and following up on deviations in our deviation management system

The role involves many points of contact and requires you to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Introduction and Training

As an operations and traffic manager, you will receive a structured introduction where you learn the role alongside experienced mentors in operations and traffic management. During the introduction, you will follow the daily work, receive training in our systems and routines, and gradually take on more responsibility.

The goal is for you to be fully trained by summer and able to step in as a substitute for the regular operations and traffic manager when needed.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• good computer skills.
• very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• a D driver's license.
• a good understanding of public transport operations or a similar operational environment.

It is also an advantage if you have:

• experience in operations and traffic management.
• knowledge of contracts, labor law, and work environment.
• experience with the planning system Hastus.
