At Apoteket Kupolen in Borlänge, you as a pharmacist have a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medicines and health. Here you will use your entire pharmaceutical competence in varied and meaningful customer meetings.

The pharmacy is located in the Kupolen shopping center and has a rich and steady flow of customers, including both self-care and prescription customers. This creates a dynamic workday where pace, service, and quality go hand in hand.

We are a medium-sized pharmacy with a team of seven people, where everyone has their own areas of responsibility and together ensure stable and well-functioning staffing. Together with Apoteket Falken and Apoteket Djurås, we are part of a pharmacy group with a total of 16 employees, which provides good opportunities for collaboration, exchange of experiences, and support. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10-19, Saturdays 10-18, and Sundays 11-18.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines.

• You are experienced as a pharmacist or recently graduated – we know that different experiences and backgrounds make our team stronger.
