Do you want to help start a new group in home care for service? Together we create something unique, where your and your colleagues' efforts make a difference every day.

Service home care is a pilot project that will manage assessed service efforts – cleaning, laundry, and window cleaning – throughout Halmstad municipality starting from 26-04-01. The service group is based at Karl XI's elderly apartments. The service tasks will be carried out Monday to Friday, varying between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will become part of an innovative and forward-looking unit, where you will receive a safe and well-thought-out introductory training starting at the end of March. Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Be responsible for service efforts in cleaning, laundry, and window cleaning – tasks that truly make a difference.
• Work independently and closely collaborate with colleagues in both the Service Unit and home care teams, where you together put the customer at the center and work for the best possible help and response.
• Use the information and document systems Lifecare and Intraphone.
• Notice and report any deviations, focusing on quality, safety, and improvements. This is a meaningful and important job where your care and commitment are visible – every day.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a care assistant with cleaning, laundry, and window cleaning, who wants to develop in a role where service, care, and precision are at the center. To thrive and succeed in the job, we see that you:

• Are meticulous, responsible, and care about quality in everything you do.
• Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others to create the best possible support for our customers.
• Are service-minded and meet others with warmth, respect, and attentiveness.
• Have a strong understanding of integrity and confidentiality, and can handle sensitive situations in a safe and professional manner.
• Have the ability to manage emerging needs, find solutions, and adapt when everyday life changes.
• Have a high school education and good knowledge of communicating and documenting in Swedish, so that you can confidently engage in dialogue and follow implementation plans.
• Have a valid B driver's license.

We assume that you have a good attitude towards everyone and work according to the home care administration's values with the keywords - Trust, Respect, and Humility. It is advantageous if you have experience working in home care and/or experience in cleaning, laundry, and window cleaning. You need to be able to cycle, as a bicycle is used for services to customers in the local area. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
