Assembly Specialist for Stainless Steel Hot Tubs

Svenska Badtunnor manufactures exclusive stainless steel hot tubs with a focus on design, sustainability, and perfect finish. We are now looking for a meticulous and technology-interested person to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a quick learner, proactive, and interested in technology.
• May have tried welding or wants to learn.
• Works in a structured manner and values order and tidiness.
• Has an eye for detail and finish.
• Ideally has experience working with sheet metal, stainless steel, or similar.
• Has practical skills and enjoys tinkering – perhaps with cars, scooters, or other projects where precision and accuracy matter.
• Is responsible, curious, and meticulous.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly and packing of hot tubs: Pack and assemble our hot tubs with precision and according to our quality standards.
• Collaboration with the team: Work closely with your colleagues to optimize the production flow and achieve common goals.
• Delivery and logistics: Manage incoming/outgoing deliveries of our products and materials; forklift certification is a plus.
• Other tasks: Perform other tasks that may be necessary to support production and operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in welding, especially TIG welding, a technical background is a plus. Internal training in robot handling will be provided by us.
• Experience in assembly and manufacturing of products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality control and the ability to follow specifications and drawings.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required for various logistics tasks.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while thriving in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and HIGH quality awareness.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to production needs and deadlines.
