Qualifications
- Experience in the cleaning industry
- Knowledge of floor care and window cleaning
- Documented experience in leadership
- Meriting with training and experience in INSTA 800 and SRY
- Experience with Carnero Tengella is a plus
- Driving license B is a requirement

- Ability and willingness to develop both yourself and your employees
- Enjoys a leadership role and has an easy time motivating others
- Responsible and solution-oriented
- Structured in work towards both customers and staff
Job responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for daily operations
- Coordination of staff and scheduling
- Responsible for routines regarding self-control and quality follow-up
- Ordering materials and inventory
- Maintaining good communication with customers and employees
- Recruitment and introduction of new staff and substitutes
- Planning of daily work, extra tasks, floor care, and window cleaning
