Here at Apoteket Kongahälla Center, we are located in the heart of Kungälv, in the mall of the same name. With this central location comes a wide customer interaction – and a workday characterized by both pace, variety, and team spirit.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08-20.00, Saturdays 10.00-18.00, Sundays 10.00-18.00.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us.

In your role, you will handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. Here, you will help develop our operations together with pharmacists, the responsible for medications, sales leaders, and others.

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medications.

• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.
