We are looking for an Operations Manager for a logistics operation in Sollentuna. This role suits you who want to work closely with operations, take responsibility for the daily flow, and help ensure that the business runs efficiently – every day.

As an Operations Manager, you will work operationally with planning, follow-up, and prioritization. You will have many points of contact and collaborate closely with team leaders, colleagues, and customer functions. The focus is on structure, delivery, safety, and continuous improvements.

🔧 Your main responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily operations based on available resources
• Ensure that the right priorities are made during changes in the business
• Follow up on goals, key figures, and daily results within your area
• Disseminate information from management and follow up to ensure decisions are adhered to
• Continuously work on improving flows and processes
• Ensure accurate attendance, time reporting, and follow-up
• Monitor open orders and cases in the business's system
• Ensure that safety procedures and protective equipment are followed

👤 We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in operations management, team leadership, or a similar role
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in making decisions
• Is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Has an easy time collaborating and contributing to a functioning team
• Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish

It is advantageous if you have experience in logistics, transportation, or working in WMS/TA systems.
