Are you a communicative and responsible leader with a sense for service and improvement work? Our client in the logistics industry is now looking for an experienced operational team leader who wants to develop both people and processes.

About the position
As a team leader, you will lead a team of service personnel and ensure that daily operations run optimally. You will plan, allocate, and follow up on work, while also driving improvements in logistics and material handling. The role involves both operational and administrative responsibilities.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan and allocate staff between units
• Participate in budgeting and planning
• Follow up on customer deliveries and contracts
• Order materials and manage the reception of goods
• Introduce new employees and coach the team
• Participate in customer meetings and workplace safety efforts
• Report to the site manager and work towards set KPIs

• Documented leadership experience, preferably in logistics or production
• Forklift license and a B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working in Office 365 and with business systems
• Structured, solution-oriented, and able to motivate others

Education
A high school education in logistics or production is an advantage, but not a requirement.
