About the position

As a Project Administrator/Executive Assistant, you will support our client's management team by planning and organizing meetings, managing purchase orders, administering Excel sheets, and using various systems for efficient project coordination.

About you

Formal qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed high school and has previous experience as an administrator, assistant, planner, or in service. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and be able to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Your financial understanding is important for the role, where you will support the director and management team with administrative tasks and meeting planning in a dynamic environment.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of German, which can be beneficial in our international operations. Experience working with tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, and Oracle is also advantageous, as these are used in our daily operations. The ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously, and previous experience in the technology or life sciences industry, will give you an edge in the role of project administrator with us.
