This position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by COLIVE – the company behind the upcoming launch of The Nooq later this spring.

Responsibilities

As the Team Leader for Housekeeping, you play a key role in ensuring high quality, efficiency, and a cohesive experience in the daily operations at the facility in Malmö. You focus on structure, details, and accuracy, and are responsible for ensuring that all areas meet the required standard – every day. You lead the housekeeping team and coordinate work with property services to ensure smooth operations. Through regular inspections, follow-ups, and prompt handling of deviations, you ensure a delivery that maintains a high level and contributes to the overall guest experience.

In this role, you are responsible for: 

• Leading and supporting the housekeeping team in their daily work 

• Ensuring cleaning and quality standards 

• Conducting inspections of rooms and common areas 

• Reporting and following up on deviations 

• Ensuring a cohesive guest experience by coordinating with other teams in the organization 

• Scheduling and personnel responsibility

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in cleaning and service from hotels or cleaning companies 

• Experience in leading teams 

• Experience in personnel responsibility and scheduling is a plus 

• Good system proficiency 

• Driving license B  

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
