About the company

Kvarken Ports is responsible for the operations and facilities in Umeå harbor – an area that is constantly growing and developing. The port is today one of Scandinavia's largest logistics hubs with over 100 hectares of land, 14 berths, and within the port area there are also, in addition to roadways, 14 km of railway tracks (of which 6 km are electrified).

Currently, a historic investment is underway where a new port is emerging. Here we work long-term to create smart and sustainable transport flows where shipping, rail, and road interact. Do you want to be part of this important development during the summer?

Your role

As a summer worker with us, you will be an important resource in the daily operational work in the port area.

Examples of tasks:

· Maintenance of green areas

· Brush clearing around fences and perimeter protection

· General cleaning of the port area

· Other practical service tasks as needed

Your qualifications

· The position requires a B driver's license

This is meritorious:

· Class RA brush cutter, basic

· Class RB forest clearing

· Class A chainsaw

· Class B tree felling

· C2 wheel loader
