We are looking for a Property Manager at A.R.C Property Partner in Örnsköldsvik

About us:

A.R.C Property Partner was founded in 2020 in Växjö and has quickly grown to over 115+ employees distributed across 15 offices throughout Sweden. We work with the entire chain of property management and place great value on job satisfaction, personal responsibility, and long-term customer relationships.

The position includes:

• Property maintenance and repairs
• Preventive and ongoing maintenance of the properties' technical systems
• Inspections and documentation of the condition of the properties
• Outdoor maintenance of properties
• Contact with tenants and customers – you are A.R.C's face to the outside

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property maintenance and/or technical maintenance
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge in plumbing, electricity, ventilation, or other technical systems
• Is practical, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
• Has good communication skills and a professional service attitude
• Has a B driver's license (requirement)
