Production Operator Wanted for Innovative Production Environment
Are you a technically skilled person looking for a versatile role in an innovative production environment with state-of-the-art technology? We are seeking a production operator who will play a central role in driving processes forward with a focus on quality and efficiency.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role as a production operator, you will be a key player in automated production with a broad area of responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality of products and maintaining an efficient production flow. The work involves both machine handling and careful inspections of finished products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and ensuring that machines operate optimally. Additionally, you will contribute to improvement projects, repairs, and maintenance of the machinery. Packaging of finished materials and documentation of shift handovers are also part of your tasks.
We are looking for someone with technical understanding and an eye for detail. You are solution-oriented, meticulous, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Experience in quality work is an advantage, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and develop. We prefer that you initially start your employment and training during the day, then transition to night and weekend shifts where you will work nights from Friday to Sunday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plastic wrap and package finished materials
- Conduct quality inspections and sort out defects
- Troubleshoot and code/read errors and maintain statistics
- Restock consumables in machines
- Adjust machines during order changes
- Follow cleaning and maintenance routines
- Support colleagues and other departments as needed
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience in a production environment
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, as it is required for daily communication with suppliers and colleagues
- Has a forklift license (A-B)
- Is meticulous and responsible in your work
- Is curious and has a drive to learn new things
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience of night work
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance
