We at Lexman Bemanning are looking for a baker for recruitment to ICA Maxi Bålsta!

At ICA Maxi Bålsta's full-scale in-store bakery, customers are offered freshly baked bread and pastries, made from scratch by skilled bakers and pastry chefs – every day of the week. We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated baker on behalf of ICA Maxi Bålsta who wants to become part of their wonderful team!

About the role:

As a baker at ICA Maxi Bålsta, you will:

• Bake high-quality bread and pastries.
• Ensure that the shelves are always well-stocked with freshly baked bread and pastries.
• Contribute to an inspiring and welcoming environment in the store.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience as a baker, preferably from a retail environment.
• Has good knowledge of doughs, fermentation, and baking processes.
• Is positive, stress-resistant, and accustomed to working according to routines.
• Enjoys collaborating in a team and has a strong work ethic.
• Is flexible and can work early mornings and weekends. Working hours vary between 05:30–18:00.

Employment form:

• Extent: Part-time, 30 hours/week.
• Salary: According to the collective agreement of Handels.
• Start date: By agreement.
