JPC Composite AB, a subsidiary of Marstrom Composite AB, is a leader in the development of high-quality carbon fiber products. We both develop and manufacture composite products in the areas of Mast, Marine, Industry, Aviation, and Defense. We are a contract manufacturer focused on producing composite products using prepreg and autoclave technology. Our business is in an exciting phase of expansion and development. We currently have operations in Arlöv, Avesta, and Västervik.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is:

Driven, engaged, responsible, flexible, and meticulous with a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone with experience in industrial assembly as well as surface treatment and laminating, who is generally technically skilled and interested, hands-on, and accustomed to working with their hands. You are comfortable working independently while also having excellent teamwork skills and enjoy being part of a group. You are interested in working with advanced products and materials in an inspiring and developing environment, with a positive attitude towards learning new tasks and always contributing your best to achieve production goals.

The tasks vary between being diverse and repetitive. Some tasks are physically demanding and sometimes in uncomfortable positions, which makes it important to have good physical fitness and to enjoy physical work. Examples of tasks for assembly and surface treatment include sanding, filling, drilling, gluing, and assembly, among others. Examples for laminating include hand laminating with prepreg material, vacuum setting, plug manufacturing, and mold handling.

Your qualifications

• Education in industry, workshop, or craft-related professions
• Education and experience in composites is a merit
• We prefer that you have previously worked with assembly/surface treatment and/or laminating or have equivalent experience that we consider relevant.
