Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel 3-4 days a week and work on exciting projects throughout Sweden, focusing on Norrland, while the remaining time is spent at the office in Nälden. Here you can combine the variation of traveling work with the security of a close-knit team at home.
You will be the one who leads and inspires in our assembly work - from planning and preparation to motivating and supporting a team of skilled employees. You also have a central role in liaising with our subcontractors and ensuring that work flows smoothly in each project.
Relationships are an important part of your everyday life, where you act as one of our main contacts for customers and build strong collaborations through a professional and trustworthy approach. At the same time, you become the internal link that holds communication together and ensures that the team at Andritz is always updated.
You will also be involved in our future initiatives by contributing to the quotation process and ensuring that documentation and reporting are carried out smoothly throughout the course of the projects.
To create a balance between work and leisure, the role also offers longer continuous leave. The intensive work periods at the plants give you the opportunity to enjoy generous recovery - often Fridays are off, and for certain assignments, you work seven days in a row to then get seven days off immediately after. This is the position for you who enjoys freedom, responsibility, and a daily routine that never stands still.
Who are you?
- We prefer that you have several years of experience in mechanical assembly work.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in using Office programs for ongoing planning and follow-up.
- Driving license B and a positive attitude towards traveling work.
Meritorious:
- Experience in hydropower - turbines and generators.
- Welding skills
Through this assignment, we offer an exciting and varied everyday life where you get the chance to work with innovative projects and technologies. You will also have the opportunity to develop in a leading role with great potential to influence.
With us, you will become an important part of the green transition where your work directly contributes to more sustainable solutions for the future.
We strive for an equal and inclusive work environment and believe that diversity contributes to innovation and development and creates successful teams. Therefore, we welcome individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives to apply for the position.
Take the chance to try something new and exciting!
