We are now looking for beauticians/spa therapists who are passionate about health and well-being and want to be involved from the start in delivering an exclusive and caring spa experience.

About the role

As a beautician/spa therapist at Acqua di Foresta, you are a key person in the spa. You perform professional treatments with technical skill and a warm, personal approach that makes every guest experience unforgettable. The role is varied and also includes work in the reception, sales in the shop, and spa hosting – all to ensure that guests have a complete, safe, and memorable overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and body care treatments with high quality and according to current routines.
• Work with sales and advice regarding skincare products and treatments as a natural part of the guest experience.
• Welcome and take care of our guests in a genuine, safe, and professional manner throughout their visit.
• Manage bookings, cash systems, and check-in/check-out at the reception.
• Be responsible for guest check-in and check-out as well as managing guest flows.
• Answer phone calls and emails and provide information about the spa's treatments, prices, and package deals.
• Act as a spa host, including maintaining order, comfort, restocking products, and ensuring hygiene in spa and relaxation areas.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
• Work according to the spa's concept, treatment manuals, and quality standards.
• Have good knowledge of the spa's treatments, rituals, and signature experiences.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure high quality, a good working environment, and strong teamwork.

Experience

• You are a trained and certified beautician and/or spa therapist (SHR or CIDESCO), with documented knowledge in skincare and body treatments.
• Experience as a beautician and/or spa therapist from spa, clinic, hotel, or other service operations.
• A natural sense of guest interaction and the ability to create a first-class customer experience.
• Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with the team.
• Experience in sales, product knowledge, and advice to provide the best possible service to guests.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Experience from spa hotels or other exclusive spa or hotel environments.
• In-depth product knowledge in skincare and spa treatments.
• Additional training in massage, wellness, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, halotherapy, sauna rituals, or sauna master.
• Skills in treatments such as aromatherapy massage, hot stone, spa massage, or sauna/ritual massage, with the ability to create a holistic experience for the guest.
• Experience in reception and administration, as well as confidence in booking and cash systems.

Employment form & Working hours

• We are looking for beauticians/spa therapists part-time from 70% and also hourly employees as needed.
• Working hours include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work according to a rotating schedule.
• Start date according to agreement.

About Villa Foresta

In the early 1900s, within the walls of Stockholm's own Grand Hotel, hotel director Wilhelmina Skogh envisioned a lush garden. In 1910, she named her newly built property in Lidingö Villa Foresta, inspired by the forest and the old knight's castles along the Rehn River.
