We are now looking for a foot care specialist.

Rinkeby Health Center is a well-established clinic with satisfied patients and a stable staff group. We operate in a multicultural community and have about 8,400 registered patients, all of whom have a designated family doctor. The health center is centrally located in Rinkeby center, with a subway ride taking about 20 minutes from T-Centralen.
We have 5 general practitioners, a specialist in internal medicine and endocrinology, 3 ST doctors, an AT doctor, and a licensed physician. We currently have over 1,500 registered patients per specialist and are working towards the goal of 1,100.
We have nurses working with asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and elderly care. We have our own foot care specialist, rehabilitation coordinator, psychologist, and psychotherapist, with a strong focus on teamwork. We are a stable workgroup that enjoys working together and has low staff turnover. Our foot care specialist works closely with other professional groups at the health center.

Job Responsibilities:
All tasks related to medical foot care specialist at the health center.
Your tasks involve medical foot care according to the guidelines included in the agreement. This includes preventing and treating foot problems in the target group and maintaining good foot health. You will independently assess and treat individuals in the target groups based on referral instructions and carry out foot status assessments according to the individual's needs. The work requires broad competence and independence.
Qualifications:
- Education as a nursing assistant according to the older curriculum, three-year nursing and care program in high school, or equivalent education
- Foot care therapists who have had authorization agreements since 2008 and have worked for at least four years under an agreement with Region Stockholm do not need to meet this requirement
- Education as a foot therapist/foot care specialist (at least 20 weeks of training) or a one-year post-secondary education to become a foot therapist/foot care specialist or equivalent education
- Completed basic and advanced courses in foot care therapy in diabetes care at APC (Academic Primary Care Center, diabetes) or equivalent education
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work, has a good ability to collaborate while also working independently and can take their own initiative. Someone who wants to provide patients and colleagues with a good reception and who is driven to develop in their professional practice. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Employment Type:
Permanent employment. Full-time. Part-time can be discussed. Working hours Monday to Friday, daytime. A probationary period may be applied. Start date according to agreement.

- in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
