Our mission with our client in Bålsta

Our mission with our client in Bålsta consists of a team of about 20 people in both office cleaning, social areas, locker rooms, hygiene facilities, and general areas as well as cleaning in a production environment.

What you will be working with:

• The work takes place in premises with machines and assembly lines, truck traffic, and internal logistics
• You will work in different temperature zones ranging from +18 degrees to -26 degrees
• Cleaning is planned and performed with high regard for safety, production pace, and flows
• Cleaning also occurs near conveyor belts, so experience with LOTO is an advantage
• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks
• Communicate with colleagues via Teams channels, business systems, and walkie-talkies
• Ensure that all surfaces in the workplace are clean and fresh
• Operate cleaning machines
• Be an advocate for health and safety
• We work in workwear and safety shoes, etc., helmets when required

What you contribute:

• Experience in professional cleaning or other service work
• Good service sense and ability to meet different people
• Meticulous and structured in your work
• Able to work at a fast pace and adapt to changes when needed
• Good ability to take instructions
• A team player who contributes positivity to the team
• You are comfortable communicating via digital channels such as Teams and operationally via walkie-talkie

About the position

The operation is conducted in continuous three-shift work from Sunday to Friday. Working hours vary, six days a week. Day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts vary in the schedule, as well as work on Sundays and holidays.
