About the Role
As an inside sales representative, you will be part of a professional sales team where you and your colleagues are responsible for sales to Ahlsell's customers in Värmland. You will work to provide the company's customers with the best possible advice and service throughout their purchasing process. Ahlsell is market-leading and one of the strongest brands in the industry. Being a key player within Ahlsell to understand customer needs and find the right solutions is seen as an exciting challenge and an important mission.
Some of your future tasks will include:
- Advising
- Product selection
- Orders
- Procurement
- Quote requests
- Order management
- Supplier contacts
You will proactively maintain and strengthen customer relationships by continuously contacting customers.
About You
As an inside sales representative, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused. Your background may vary, but a technical interest and experience in administrative work will help you in your role. We also believe that you have technical sales experience and/or a technical background in Tools and Supplies. Experience in the process or manufacturing industry is a plus. You are motivated by creating good relationships and exceeding customer expectations as strongly as you are passionate about closing deals.
We prefer that you:
- Have documented experience in sales and customer engagement, preferably within an industrial or technical environment in an inside sales role.
- Can demonstrate concrete results from previous roles, such as achieved sales targets, growth in customer portfolio, or successful projects.
- Are accustomed to working with business processes, preferably in an international environment.
- Have good skills in Microsoft Office.
- Take responsibility and work systematically to exceed set goals.
- Enjoy creating and developing good relationships, both internally and externally.
- Are solution-oriented and make things happen.
