We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing care and support to our elderly at Ekan in beautiful Arvidsjaur!

As a nursing assistant at Ekan, you will play an important role in creating a safe and pleasant environment for our elderly. Ekan is the municipality's smallest special accommodation with 8 places.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support in daily life.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of care and support measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and nurses to ensure good quality of care.
• Document and report in accordance with applicable procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

• Nursing assistant training or other relevant education in care and support.
• Good collaboration skills and an empathetic approach.
• Ability to adapt your working method and work person-centered based on each care recipient's needs.

The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Within the position, you may need to work at another workplace based on your area of expertise.

The position is a temporary contract until 2028-01-31, but no longer than during the absence of the regular employee. Start date is April 1 or by agreement.
