Job Responsibilities

As a housing supporter, you provide support and service based on each individual's needs and approved interventions. The tasks vary from supporting the user in gaining structure and order in everyday life to motivating visits to, for example, health centers. The work also includes support with personal care, cleaning, laundry, shopping, contact with psychiatry, home care, etc.

You will work with various professional roles to provide the user with the best possible support based on their needs and circumstances. Documentation is an important task, and you are responsible for documenting events related to the user in social documentation according to applicable legislation.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has education that the employer assesses as equivalent, as well as preferably experience. You need to have a professional approach.

You are calm and secure and have the ability to plan the activities of the shift and can quickly adapt and change interventions based on changing circumstances. You are responsible and can work independently as well as in a team. You need to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and have computer skills.

A B driver's license is a requirement.

Conditions

The position is subject to the conditions in the General Terms and Conditions. Start date by agreement until 2026-05-31 with possible extension during the absence of the regular incumbent.
