We are now looking for someone who wants to provide good care and support to our users at Kaitumgården in Jokkmokk.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, your tasks include providing a good quality of life for our users based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks and being able to contribute with social support and guidance. Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry are also performed.

You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic skills. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are a significant and important part of the job.

• You should have a nursing assistant education or equivalent training/experience that the employer considers equivalent.
• Driver's license B is required.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to cooperate.
