Badger Meter (formerly D-Flow Technology AB in Luleå) is a globally leading player in ultrasonic flow measurement, known for its high-tech precision and long-term sustainability solutions.

We are now looking for 28-30 production operators who want to be part of this expanding team in Luleå!

As a Production Operator, you will work in a modern production environment with the manufacturing and assembly of ultrasonic sensors. You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup but work on-site at Badger Meter, where you will be guided by their team leader.

Working hours (part-time):

• Monday–Friday 14:00–18:00
• Monday–Friday 18:00–22:00

Onboarding and training are included — you do not need previous experience.

• Build and assemble sensors according to established work instructions (SOPs).
• Follow 5S routines and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
• Perform simple troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
• Report machine faults, quality issues, and deviations.
• Collaborate with production operators and the team leader in problem-solving.

• Pack finished products and handle orders according to procedures.

• Is meticulous, organized, and enjoys practical tasks.
• Has good manual dexterity and can maintain focus in repetitive tasks.
• Is responsible, cooperative, and quality-conscious.
• Is at least 18 years old.
• Is preferably studying — this position is perfect as a part-time job.
• Speaks Swedish and can understand simple instructions in English.

• Previous experience in manual work/assembly is an advantage but not a requirement.
