Wasa Tree Felling is growing and is now seeking several full-time arborists to join our team in Hässelby. We provide professional tree care for municipalities, property companies, businesses, and private individuals, always prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

About the Position

As an arborist with us, you will have a varied, responsible, and practical job where you work with trees in many different environments daily. Our assignments are primarily for municipalities, property companies, and businesses, but also for private individuals, which means a great variation in both workplaces and tasks.

The work can include everything from ongoing tree care in public areas and residential neighborhoods to more advanced assignments in densely populated areas with high demands for safety and precision.

You will work with trees in parks, along streets, in courtyards, industrial areas, and private gardens. The work often takes place in complex environments where consideration must be given to people, buildings, traffic, power lines, and other infrastructure. This places high demands on planning, risk assessment, and a professional approach.

In the role of arborist with us, you are expected to take responsibility for your work, follow applicable safety regulations, and contribute to good collaboration within the team. You are also an important representative of the company in front of clients and therefore have a service-oriented and professional demeanor. The work is physically demanding and primarily takes place outdoors year-round, which requires that you enjoy active work in varying weather conditions.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a B driver's license

• Has relevant chainsaw training (e.g., A–C or equivalent)

• Has arborist training and/or certification, such as ISA, ETW, or training from Hvilan

• Has at least 2 years of documented work experience as an arborist or in qualified tree work

• Is confident in your profession and accustomed to working in both simple and more complex environments

• Has a strong safety mindset and a good understanding of risk assessment
