A few years ago, I started HEMkvalité AB to offer cleaning assistance to companies and individuals. The company is doing well and developing quickly, and I have now launched another business called HEMassistans.
HEMassistans offers more personal services and is an alternative or complement to home care services. However, we are not a healthcare company.
We are now looking for someone who wants to help develop a new business and thus have the opportunity to grow in their professional role.
The tasks can range from shopping to personal hygiene, conversations, changing bedding, or just being there.
As a person, you have a strong understanding of people, are attentive, can take initiative, are humble, calm, and caring, and have a strong desire to help others.
Working hours vary, with evenings and weekends included. Initially, only a few fixed hours are offered, but this may increase.
