Temp-Team Bil & Mekanik is a specialist department within Temp-Team Norway and is an expert in recruitment and staffing services for all types of services and professional areas within both light and heavy vehicles.

Temp-Team Bil & Mekanik is a small department with large resources and an extensive network, aiming to create long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on professional deliveries.

Temp-Team was established in Norway in 1985 and currently has 15 departments located in Bergen, Drammen, Follo, Hønefoss, Kristiansand, Oslo, Romerike, Sandvika, Sarpsborg, Stavanger, Trondheim, Tromsø, and Tønsberg. Our headquarters is located at Nationaltheatret in Oslo.

Temp-Team is part of the Juhler Group, an international group of recruitment and staffing companies with offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and England. In Norway, the group has around 50 internal employees and had a turnover of 228 million in 2024.

Job Description:

On behalf of our clients, we are now looking for skilled truck mechanics for both short and long assignments. Are you flexible, skilled, and ready for new challenges? Then this could be something for you!

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of trucks and heavy vehicles
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical work
• Preparation for inspection
• Varied assignments at different workshops and transport companies

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Trade certificate as a mechanic for heavy vehicles (relevant experience can compensate)
• Experience with trucks, buses, or construction machinery
• Good technical competence
• Driver's license class B (C/CE is an advantage)
• Fluent in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language, both spoken and written
