About the company:

AB Maid 2 Clean is an established cleaning company with over 35 years of experience in professional cleaning, hygiene cleaning, and specialized cleaning in technically and hygienically demanding environments such as food production, healthcare, and heavy industry. We operate according to clear quality routines and have a collective agreement with the Property Employees' Union. Our business is growing, and we are now looking for additional employees with documented professional experience.

Job responsibilities:

As a cleaner with us, you will perform:

- Daily cleaning of office spaces, dining rooms, locker rooms, and sanitary facilities

- Hygiene cleaning in production environments and clinics according to HACCP routines

- Industrial sanitation, including cleaning of machines, ventilation systems, and work at heights (up to 6 meters)

- Use of advanced machines such as scrubber-dryers (Tennant T17), SkyVac, and pressure washers

The work primarily takes place at night and on weekends, according to a schedule.

Qualifications (requirements):

- At least 3 years of documented experience in professional cleaning

- Documented experience in hygiene cleaning within food production or healthcare

- Physical ability to perform heavy tasks and work at heights

- Basic technical understanding is required – you should be able to handle simple machine settings, troubleshooting, and daily supervision of equipment used in the work (e.g., scrubber-dryers, SkyVac, pressure washers)

- Understanding of safety routines and workplace requirements

- Language skills in Swedish, English, or Bosnian (at a level that allows for instruction and work management)

Meritorious:

- B driver's license

- Vocational training in cleaning or sanitation

- Experience from working in regulated environments such as food factories, hospitals, or industry

- Experience in cleaning tanks and hard-to-reach areas

- Experience in bacterial sanitation within the food industry, e.g., sanitation of Listeria, E. coli, etc.

Employment conditions:

- Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

- Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week

- Working hours: Night shifts and weekend work according to a schedule

- Start date: By agreement

- Salary: 175 SEK per hour + additional compensation for night and weekend work according to the collective agreement with the Property Employees' Union.
