The role of a cleaner with us

We are looking for two dedicated and self-driven employees who, together with our team leader, will work on special assignments within cleaning services.

The purpose is to meet the increased needs and heightened quality demands of Kungsbacka Municipality.

As a cleaner in the special team, you will have the opportunity to work on more advanced assignments, where both precision and problem-solving skills are central. You will also be offered professional development in various forms to strengthen and broaden your abilities in the role. Your tasks may include: floor care, high-rise cleaning, carpet and furniture cleaning, machine service, window cleaning, or move-out cleaning.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has good collaboration skills and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You are responsible, flexible, and have a professional demeanor in all contacts. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and various municipal operations, so you need to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are motivated by being part of developing something new and look forward to contributing to shaping and driving our new special group forward. The work involves varied assignments, and you need to have the competence and commitment to deliver high quality in your work. It also requires good planning skills, a solution-oriented approach, attention to detail, and good physical ability as heavy lifting may occur. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for you who:

• have relevant experience in cleaning services
• have a B driver's license
• have good physical fitness (heavy lifting may occur)
• are computer literate

It is an advantage if you have:

• electrical certification
• lift certificate
• cleaning service training

Our offer and additional information

We offer two fixed-term full-time positions from March 2026 to March 2027, with the possibility of extension. Start date to be agreed upon.

Our regular operations are conducted between 06:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, and work in the evenings and on weekends may occasionally occur. We have flexible working hours, and there is an opportunity to influence your working hours when the operations allow.
