Home Cleaning Staff, part-time employment as needed with a chance for permanent employment

Do you enjoy cleaning and have an eye for detail? Then you might be the right person for us at Välstädat. We are currently looking for 1-2 responsible and service-oriented employees. Your tasks will include visiting our customers' homes during the day and primarily assisting them with their home cleaning.

Working at Välstädat means having a lot of personal responsibility. We value that you have previous cleaning experience, are outgoing, and have good knowledge of Swedish as well as hold a driver's license (B).

It is an advantage if you have experience with household services, but above all, it is important that you enjoy working with service and going the extra mile.

You should have good physical fitness, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a strong work ethic. You should also be meticulous, service-oriented, independent, responsible, and positive. Experience in the service industry such as restaurants, retail, hotels, etc., is a plus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with service
• Is comfortable sometimes working independently with cleaning
• Has experience with move-out cleaning and window cleaning
• Is driven to provide the best service
• Is trustworthy and proud of your work tasks
• Is meticulous, responsible, and punctual
• Can work independently
• Has a positive attitude and is helpful to both customers and colleagues
• Has basic language skills in Swedish or English

Keep in mind that you should be able to work in homes where there may be pets such as dogs and cats and that you do not have allergies to anything that may be present in a home.

The workplace: Although we often work independently, we have a strong sense of community. Our meeting place is the office, where we exchange ideas, thoughts, and experiences. We also have regular social activities. During office hours, the door is always open and the coffee maker is on.
