Then the role of security technician at Byggbeslag Lås & Säkerhet in Karlstad might be just right for you. Our office in Karlstad is growing and has many exciting assignments ahead both in projects and service/aftermarket.

We are looking for someone who is or wants to work as a security technician. The most important thing for us is you as a person and your attitude, as well as your willingness and interest to grow in your role with us. You are solution-oriented, have the ability to see the big picture, and are interested in technical work and troubleshooting.

You enjoy varied tasks, take responsibility for your work, and feel equally comfortable working independently as well as in close collaboration with colleagues.

Experience in the installation of door control systems, working as a locksmith, access control systems, CCTV, or burglary alarms is advantageous but not a requirement for the position. Similarly, handling drawings and similar documentation is a plus. We will teach you and provide you with the tools to succeed.

You will work in an expanding business with about 300 colleagues across the country, who together contribute to a positive work environment.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES MAINLY THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

• Service and installation of mechanical and electronic locking systems
• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of door automation
• Reading and installing according to drawings and locking schemes
• Maintenance and service of our entire product range

FOR THE POSITION, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

• You are proficient in Swedish, as you will have customer and supplier contacts
• Driver's license B
• Traveling for work is required
• As our customer assignments may be security classified, Swedish citizenship and a clean extract from the police criminal record are required
