Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Production Quality Engineer.

What you will work on:

• Ensure product quality and define quality assurance methods in production
• Monitor quality performance and initiate corrective and preventive actions
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
• Drive cross-functional problem solving with production and engineering teams
• Support development of production quality processes and standards
• Contribute to strengthening overall quality competence within the organization
• Collaborate closely with production staff and quality stakeholders

What you bring:

• Engineering background or equivalent experience within quality or manufacturing
• Experience working in production or manufacturing environments
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
• Knowledge of quality management systems and production quality processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate quality risks clearly
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Eligibility for security clearance and compliance with regulated industry requirements
