Distribution Associate at BAUHAUS

As a Distribution Associate at BAUHAUS, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods reach the customer in the best possible way. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries to our e-commerce customers meet their expectations. In your role, you will have daily customer contact and deliver goods to customers via light truck, which requires a service-oriented and friendly mindset. You will meet many different people during your workday, and the demands for accuracy and structure are high. Your role also includes close collaboration internally with colleagues from customer service and the order department.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Delivery of online orders to customers
• Unloading and receiving goods orders from the central warehouse
• Planning and structuring orders in the distribution unit
• Ensuring that customers have a good delivery experience
• Ensuring quality, quantity, and delivery reliability for each order
• Reporting returns/complaints to customers and internally
• Collaborating with BAUHAUS customer service and order department

Who are we looking for?

A valid driver's license (B) is required, as well as proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken), along with good communication skills. It is a plus if you have a forklift license. Your education is not decisive; great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who enjoys and is skilled at working with people and is very service- and customer-focused. We would like you to be a problem solver with a positive attitude towards your surroundings. Additionally, you should be meticulous, flexible, and goal-oriented. We appreciate documented work experience from a similar industry and job duties. In this recruitment, we will request a background check.
