JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with other cleaners, you will be responsible for regular supervision and cleaning of the prison's entrance areas, administrative offices, visiting sections, healthcare reception, staff areas, and other common areas. Emergency interventions in the form of sanitation work may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and function in our team, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to adapt your approach to different circumstances. You need to be self-sufficient and take responsibility for ensuring that the work is well done. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to find good solutions and are perceived as service-oriented. You should have good physical ability to manage an active job every day.

It is important for us that you share the fundamental values of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service regarding a humane view of humanity, respect for the individual, and belief in people's willingness and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally with your approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in cleaning work
• The ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

It is advantageous if you have:

• Education in cleaning/cleaning technology
• Experience in healthcare cleaning or sanitation work
• Experience in cleaning in public administration
• Complete high school qualifications
